Personal Loan in Dubai/UAE- Agreement

Agreements of all personal loans in Dubai/ UAE have a date which they are entered; it has two parties which are involved in the agreements, (i.e. the bank in Dubai & the client or borrower). Agreement is signed at a particular location in UAE.
So the borrower, basically applies to attain a personal loan from the bank, and agrees to repay the principle, plus the interest and agreed to pay back at a given period of time whereas the bank in Dubai has agreed to fund the borrower a personal loan in accordance to the terms and conditions set in the agreement.
Below is an example of a personal loan agreement between two parties:
* Loan Details
This mainly focuses on the principle amount of the loan between the banks in Dubai/UAE and the borrower. The amount of personal loan should be clearly communicated, and the currency clearly designated, with the interest rates is clearly attached to the agreement. The interest rates should be communicated to the borrower as a reducing balance rate per annum, fixed interest rates per annum and the EMI in AED on a monthly basis.
* Payment of the loan and interest details
Borrower should be taking on to pay the principle amount and interests of the loan to the agreed EMI AED form on a monthly installment basis clearly specifying the amounting in AED to be paid each and every month. Agreement should identify the date of the first installment, the installment payment day on a monthly basis, and the last installments due date. All these features of the agreements have to be agreed and pinned on schedule.
* On the other hand it is known and always put as a condition that, the repayment shall vary in the case the borrower defaults or enters into another agreement with the bank, to defer an installment.
* Payment of the loan
The payment of the personal loan shall be expended to the account of the borrower in Dubai upon the competition of securities and documentation.
